Total Mortgages named one of the top brokerages for 2022
Total Mortgages has been named one of NZ Adviser’s top New Zealand brokerages for 2022, an accolade that recognises bespoke service and solid lending advice amid a challenging landscape.
To be eligible, brokerages had to have one or more loan writers in a single New Zealand office. The NZ Adviser team evaluates nominees across four areas: total loan book size, average settlements per loan writer, total settlements in the 12 month period and conversion rate.
This is the fourth year running that Total Mortgages won an award, with the team achieving astounding results in 2021 despite the obstacles in the current New Zealand lending market.
The team were proud to achieve a 35% increase in the amount of loans settled in the last financial year.
